As a dedicated birth doula, I am here to support you in the choices you make and the outcomes you desire for your birth. With a calm, caring presence and a deep respect for every mother’s unique journey, I offer reliable, non-judgmental support through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
As a mother of five, I understand the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs that arise during this powerful time. I bring that lived experience into every birth I attend, along with a heart for empowering women to trust themselves and their bodies.
I proudly serve all local hospitals and support a wide range of birth experiences, including VBAC’s, teen mothers, homebirths, and mothers navigating the child welfare system. My goal is to create  a safe, supportive space where every woman feels seen, heard, and confident in her journey into motherhood-no matter her circumstances.
