Is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to birth doula care and providing education, support, and resources to families of newborns and young children.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to promote maternal, infant, and family wellness by attending to the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of the childbearing cycle, in order to maximize human potential.
Connect
We connect expectant families with Traditional Health Worker (THW) Birth Doulas who reflect the diverse communities they serve.
These Doulas provide high-quality, compassionate, and culturally responsive pregnancy, birth and postpartum support.
Invest
We invest in building and uniting the community doula workforce through training and support. We promote their value to society: creating a future where families benefit from a birth met with dignity, empowerment, and holistic support. At home, families receive support and caretaking as they recover and adjust to parenthood.
Educate
We provide support, resources and educational opportunities to expectant parents and families of newborns and young children.
We collaborate with and offer continuing education opportunities to allied maternity care professionals in the community.
