I have been a birth and postpartum doula for  27 years, supporting more than 1,300 families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. With a compassionate, holistic approach,I honor each family’s unique journey — offering nurturing care, evidence-based guidance, and a calm, grounded presence.
I believe every birthing person deserves to feel safe, supported, and deeply connected to their body’s wisdom as they bring new life into the world.

As a doula, I have always provided unconditional support to the families I work with.  I believe every birther has a right to birth in any setting feel is right for them, be it a home birth, hospital birth or birth center I feel blessed to be their doula through a truly life changing journey.

Over the last couple of years, I have also been teaching Doula Trainings, which I also find to be a role similar to being a doula, as I am educating, guiding and encouraging these new doulas on their journey.
