I’m a Certified Birth Doula and proudly serving families throughout Jackson County. Through my experience at The Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley, I’ve developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, lived experience, and community connection. I’m passionate about supporting families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and helping each person feel heard, respected, informed, and empowered throughout their journey.
I work closely with the medical team at Oasis and have built trusted relationships with providers and nurses at Asante. These connections allow me to help families navigate both clinical and community settings while advocating for their needs and helping create a strong circle of support around them.
I truly love being part of the birthing experience for all types of families. I strive to create a supportive, inclusive, and empowering space for every birth story. I show up with authenticity, presence, and purpose, and I’m willing to go the distance for each family I support.
One of the things I’m most passionate about is connecting families with essential resources and helping them build a strong support system before, during, and after birth. I believe no family should have to navigate this journey alone.
